Re-Process 3 @ Stephan's International Motel

While in search of our future home, ACE came across this great motel that has the possibility of being converted into ACE's headquarters, studios, living spaces, workshops, and community base. We decided to get to know the space a little bit better and show it some love, which it seemed to have been in great need of. We hosted our third Re-Process event with artist Leandro Vazquez leading the project. Leandro created 2 plexi "trash cans," constructed to spell the word "NO," and used to collect smaller bits of trash that we came across throughout the day while ACE and friends did a major interior purge of one section of Stephan's International Motel on 64th and Biscayne.

Leave No Waste & Re-Process 2

On Saturday April 23rd, Art of Cultural Evolution joined forces with Planeta Feliz, participating in their event, Leave No Waste, to clean up the area of South Beach behind Nikki Beach. The event raised awareness about trash and preserving the natural environment around us that we all enjoy so much !! ACE joined this event to create a new Re-Process sculpture with the help of Tom Criswell and family. Trash was collected all around this area of the beach in green-friendly trash bags which we used toconstruct a globe in honor of Earth Day.
